Introduction

Books have been printed in Estonia already for centuries, but Tallinna Raamatutrükikoda is the first printhouse in Estonia to have been built especially for printing and binding books. We started in 1985 as just producers of books. By today our clients include besides book publishers also clients ordering magazines, advertising and other printed materials, but we still see the production of books in the client’s requested format as our ultimate objective.



Raamatutrükikoda fulfils fifteen hundred orders a year with the total print run of nearly 5 million copies, of which over a thousand are book orders.

We offer our clients a full service, starting from preparing the client’s presented original material for printing up to delivering the books or other printed materials in the agreed format.
In addition to producing books we can offer our clients the services of the printhouse’s wholesale department TRT Hulgi to market books printed by us or elsewhere in Estonia.

We have upgraded our technological capabilities following the development of the printing industry, especially in the area of print preparations, but in order to achieve the best final result we recommend that you view the technical capabilities and/or contact the sales representatives of the printhouse before giving your book or other printed materials to print.
